Company Overview

Making a positive and lasting environmental impact through the deployment of best-in-class smart technologies that drive efficient and renewable energy use.

EV-SEg is an EV charging infrastructure (EVCI) developer founded in 2020 and incorporated in 2022. EV-SEg is a green small business, 60% owned by a woman. Our primary focus is providing clients with full-service, turnkey solutions that meet their EV charging needs and long-term renewable energy goals.

Based in Los Angeles, EV-SEg has ongoing development projects in California, Colorado, and the DMV area (Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia). We specialize in working with commercial and industrial (C&I) and multi-family dwelling (MFD) owners across private, corporate, non-government, and government sectors to deploy at community sites, including parking structures, shopping plazas, MFDs, and others.

Beyond individual site development, EV-SEg originates and manages institutional-grade charging platforms — most notably GENNEX I, our flagship multi-site investment platform — bringing together site hosts, co-developers, labor partners, and capital providers under a single, standardized development and asset management process.

EV-SEg is also expanding from development into direct charge point operation, beginning with a 20-connector Level 2 deployment at 1801 Tiburon Blvd, supported by APEX Hub, our portfolio monitoring platform currently in development.

Industry Partners

Partnerships for Sustainable Development

EV-SEg supports Justice40 and other Workforce Development programs. We are a signatory developer to both the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) and the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA), and we deploy them and others like ChargerHelp on all our projects.

EV-SEg sources the most appropriate EV charging infrastructure solutions through relationships with industry-leading Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and leading non-profit organizations active in the space. As an alum of the Los Angeles Climate Incubator (LACI), we blend these products and services with customized financial analysis and locally sourced labor to ensure efficient, economically beneficial outcomes for each site anywhere in the U.S. — delivering best-in-class development, deployment, and asset management.
